Strawberry Milkshake

Perfect for those hot summer days and super refreshing after a Fit Living workout!

Ingredients:

 

1 cup milk
1 cup sliced, frozen strawberries
1 sliced banana
5 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
Whipped Cream (optional)

Instructions:
 

1. In a food processor, add all ingredients.
2. Blend until completely smooth.
Optional, add whipped cream on top.
